You call
A person picks up between 7 AM and 11 PM. We ask what your fireplace is doing, and book a window that suits you — including after work.

We seal and look
Drop cloths down, opening sealed, camera up the flue. You see the footage on the spot, not in a report a week later.

You get a price
A flat written quote before any tool comes out. If it is just a sweep, that is what you pay. If we find damage, you decide.

We clean up
HEPA vacuum through the whole job and a room that looks untouched. Paperwork emailed before we drive away.

How often should a chimney be swept in Los Angeles?
Once a year for a fireplace in regular use, and always before the first cold night. LA burns less than colder cities, but creosote still builds, and Santa Ana winds push debris and nesting material into open flues year round.
What does an inspection actually cover?
A Level 1 covers everything readily accessible: firebox, damper, smoke chamber, flue interior, crown and cap. Level 2 adds a camera scan of the full flue plus accessible attic and crawlspace runs — standard when buying, selling, or after a chimney fire.
Are you really open until 11 at night?
Yes. We take calls and book work 7 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, weekends and most holidays included. Evening slots are the easiest to get, and they are popular with people who cannot lose a working day.
How long does a sweep take?
About 45 to 90 minutes for a standard sweep and Level 1 inspection on a single fireplace. Repairs, relining and masonry are quoted separately after the inspection, in writing, before anything starts.
Will it make a mess?
No. The fireplace opening gets sealed, a HEPA vacuum runs for the whole sweep, and drop cloths cover every surface between your door and the hearth. The room should look exactly as it did when we arrived.
